The privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Privacy Policy") defines the rules for the processing of personal data and the use of cookies by STM Cyber Sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Warsaw, 02-092, ul. Żwirki i Wigury 16A, entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw under KRS number 0000872288, NIP: 5272677191, (here in after referred to as: "Administrator") on the website www.stmcyber.pl (" Side").
In the Privacy Policy, we inform the Users of our Website about how we collect and use personal data, on what legal grounds we process personal data, and what rights Users have in connection with the processing of their personal data, in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016 /679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation; hereinafter referred to as "GDPR").

article 6 sec. 1 lit. an of the Regulation of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "Regulation"), i.e. based on the user's consent, in situations where such consent was required and was given,
article 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the Regulation in order to perform contracts, consider complaints, or take action before concluding a contract,
article 6 sec. 1 lit. c of the Regulation, in order to fulfill our legal obligations, in connection with issuing an invoice for the purchase of goods
article 6 sec. 1 lit. f of the Regulation, when the basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Administrator, in order to improve our offer, ensure the best quality of our goods and services and inform our customers about them, conduct direct marketing, protect or pursue claims, ensure accountability for our compliance with legal obligations.
The administrator processes the data for the following time:
Personal data processed on the basis of the Administrator's legitimate legal interest will be stored for the duration of this interest or until an objection is raised by the data subject.
Personal data processed on the basis of consent will be stored until its withdrawal.
The administrator does not store your data for periods longer than those resulting from applicable law.
Data Sharing
The administrator does not disclose data to third parties if there is no legal basis for doing so. The recipients of your personal data may also be entities authorized to receive your data - only in justified cases and on the basis of relevant legal provisions
